Congratulations to Maggie Waters 2011 Under 2 Litre State Champion

► 12/12/11 - Xmas Night Race meeting
Street Cars saw the title battle go down to the wire with Andrew Stevens win in the first race and Mark Greenham's in the second meaning Greenham's Tagwest EvoVII trailed Paul Kluck's Total Vet Care Skyline by 9 points going into the final race. Greenham displayed the form that has seen him dominate the season to win the last race and take the title from Kluck by 3 points with 2nd for the day for Stevens's MTQ Turbo Systems 180SX see him finish 3rd for the season.

Andrew Stevens took out the round win in his MTQ Turbo Systems 180SX
from Paul Kluck in the Total Vet Care R32 with Laurie Whitome rounding out the podium in his Hairloom Mazda RX7, Greenham suffering a gearbox failure to finish well down the order in 8th and in doing so handing back the Championship lead to Kluck, this should see close finish to a season that could go down to the final race at the last round the WASCC Xmas Night Race Meeting on 11/12/11

Mark Greenham didn't have it all his own way in the Collie round with Paul Kluck pushing him all the way, Kluck winning race 1 but a great fight back by Greenham clinching a tight final 2 races in the TAGWEST Mitsubishi EVO VII to win the round. Paul Kluck's Total Vet Care R32 Skyline having to settle for second after a hard fought battle, Garner rounding out the podium with a consistent finish in Ian Romano's Brikmakers A9X Torana.

► 11/09/11 - 96FM Rocks Perth Race meeting saw Mark Greenham hit the lead of the championship in the Tagwest Evo VII with 2 wins and a second Andrew Stevens MTQ Turbo Systems 180SX finished 2nd and Paul Kluck's Total Vet Care Skyline rounding out the podium.

► 07/08/11 - Spices Catering Cup saw another dominant performance by Mark Greenham in the Tagwest Evo VII with 3 wins Paul Kluck's Total Vet Care Skyline 2nd and Andrew Stevens Hyperdrive 180SX rounding out the podium.
Points have tightened up even more as Paul Kluck takes the lead in the championship from Mark Greenham just 8 points adrift and Andrew Stevens dropping to 3rd following a gearbox failure in the final Spices Cup race.

► 19/07/11 - Points are tight at the top after Round 3 had mixed results for championship contenders.
The event was dominated by Mark Greenham in his extremely quick TAGWEST Mitsubishi EVO VII, Paul Kluck's Total Vet Care R32 Skyline took out 2nd and moved him within 1 point of the championship lead, on return to racing Derek Garner secured 3rd place with consistent points driving Ian Romanos Brikmakers A9X Torana he was closely followed by Brad Cuss making his debut in his Turbo Powered Datsun 1600.

Our next event will be Spices Catering Race Meeting on 7th August.

► 29/05/11 - 37th Annual Torque Trophy has been run and won, Peter Major has taken out this years trophy in emphatic fashion winning all 3 races in his Pro Race Products Series 6 Mazda RX7, Mark Greenham finished a courageous 2nd in his Datanet Mazda RX7 Series1 with Paul Kluck rounding out the podium in his Total Vet Care Nissan Skyline R32.
Maggie Waters took out the under 2L title in her Racetune Ford Escort Mk1.

► Street Cars will have a reverse grid race 2 at all events for the rest of the season.

► 11/04/11 - Auto Trader Trophy Raceday
The season opener saw defending champion Andrew Stevens take three race wins to kick off his season with a faultless performance after qualifying on pole. Tony Lucente finished 2nd in the Fiat 124 & Paul Kluck 3rd on the day in his Nissan Skyline R32. Mark Greenham & Daniel Carrucan both suffered engine failures in qualifying leaving them sidelined for the day.
Updated point scores are now available in the results section.

A number of competitors will be happy with an extended break until we return with 37th running of the Torque Trophy on 29 May at Barbagallo Raceway Wanneroo.
